These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all websites, software, and mobile or watch applications developed by Layout Media LLC (“Layout Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including Pinch, Siply, and any other Layout Media–branded products or services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Use of Our Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our Services to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software

Our apps are intended for personal, non-commercial use unless explicitly authorized by Layout Media in writing.

Most Layout Media apps (including Pinch and Siply) do not require accounts or allow user-generated content. If you do submit content through any of our Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, or distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

We may update our software periodically to improve functionality, security, or performance. By using our apps, you agree to receive such updates automatically when available. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features without notice.
